Antigua and Barbuda has won four Pan Am medals since its first appearance at the San Juan 1979 Pan Am Games in Puerto Rico. All of their medals were won in track and field events.

Antigua and Barbuda won its first Pan Am medal at Mar del Plata 1995 in Argentina. The bronze medal was won in athletics by Heather Samuel in the women’s 100 m.

At the Rio 2007 Pan Am Games, Brendan Christian won Antigua and Barbuda’s first gold medal in the men’s 100 m as well as a bronze medal in the 200 m. James Grayman captured bronze in the high jump.

Antigua and Barbuda is currently ranked twenty-seventh on the all-time Pan Am Games medals list.
