Grenada made its Pan Am Games debut at Indianapolis 1987. Grenada has won three medals – one silver and two bronze, all in athletics – placing the country thirty-sixth on the all-time Pan Am Games medal table.

Grenada’s first medals came at Santo Domingo 2003 where sprinter Hazel-Ann Regis silver in the women’s 400 m and Alleyne Francique won bronze in the men’s 400 m. Sherry Fletcher later added a bronze medal in the women’s 200 m at Rio de Janeiro 2007.

Grenada is expected to compete in swimming and athletics at TORONTO 2015.
