St Lucia has competed at each edition of the Pan Am Games since debuting at Mar del Plata 1995.

The Caribbean island has won two bronze medals to date, which ranks the country thirty-eighth on the all-time Pan Am Games medal list.

The first bronze medal came at Santo Domingo 2003, won by Dominic Johnson in men’s pole vault. The second was won at Rio 2007 by Levern Spencer in women’s high jump.

At Guadalajara 2011, St Lucia competed in athletics (pole vault and high jump), road cycling and swimming.

St Lucia is expected to compete at TORONTO 2015 in athletics (with the return of Levern Spencer), beach volleyball, sailing and swimming.
