How to Read Your Ticket
Before you leave for your venue, be sure to check your ticket for the:
- three-letter venue code
- date and time
- sport and session code
- seating location
- bar code for scanning
- terms and conditions
A TORONTO 2015 Pan Am Games ticket provides admission to a particular session. Some sessions may take place over a full day of competition while others may be for a specific set of matches or part of the competition. Visit our detailed schedule competition page.
There are three types of seating assignments:
- Reserved seating — Specific dedicated seats are identified on your ticket..
- General admission — Seating is based on a first-come, first-served basis within general spectator seating areas. Many general admission venues do not have specific seating areas, but you can move along the edges of the competition area (usually a course for a distance race, golf and other sports) to find your preferred viewing point.
- General admission by section — Your ticket identifies a specific section of the seating area and within that section, seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
TORONTO 2015 event services volunteers are available at every Games venue to answer your questions or address any concerns you may have about seating.
