Milton Time Trial Course

Watch the streets of Milton come alive when the roadways host the road cycling (individual time trial) events for the Pan Am and Parapan Am Games at the Milton Time Trial Course. These free, non-ticketed events will let cycling enthusiasts catch a glimpse of some of their favourite elite road cyclists competing to make the best time in the individual time trial.

Road cycling is one of the world’s most-watched sports. The speed and power of the athletes, combined with spectators watching the competition from an arm’s length away at times, will make for an unforgettable experience.

For the Pan Am Games, the course will be approximately 20 kilometres long. The course will run from Louis St. Laurent Boulevard to Bronte Street/First Line, then to Lower Base Line West and Fourth Line, and back to Louis St. Laurent Boulevard for the finish. During the competition, women will complete a 20-kilometre course and men will complete a distance of 40 kilometres.

During the Parapan Am Games, the course will be approximately 10 kilometres long and will run from Louis St. Laurent Boulevard to Regional Road 25, then to Brittania Road and Fourth Line, and back to Louis St. Laurent Boulevard for the finish. Depending on the athlete’s classification, some will complete one lap and others will complete two.

This venue will have limited spectator amenities, which will be located at the start/finish line of the course. Spectators are encouraged to find their own position around the course to watch the event.
